Roman chamomile from Anthemis nobilis originates in England and is extracted through steam distillation of the beautiful flowers. Roman chamomile yields an essential oil that is uniquely light blue when completely fresh. The plant has a wonderfully fresh, mild, and apple-like scent and is mainly grown in France, Belgium, and Eastern Europe.
